Dr. Lewis Slawsky and staff at Advanced Dermatology of East TN, P.C would like to report a successful fundraiser for Camp Discovery. The fundraiser was held over the past six weeks. Contributions totally over 3,000.00 dollars were received from the good people of Blount County.
The camp is held yearly throughout the country for children with severe and chronic skin conditions. This specialized camp helps these children experience nature and the outdoors like every child should.
Dr. Slawsky said, “over the past 22 years of serving the people of Blount County, I have always found them to be extremely giving. This fundraiser has demonstrated that loud and clear.” He also added, “children that go to this camp enjoy the outdoors and activities that they wouldn’t be able to otherwise.”
Beautiful gift baskets were created by the staff from the generous donations of local businesses. Special thanks to the following donors.
